We're back for our fourth National Trails Day and sign-ups are live! 

We’ll do some trail work in the morning, then gather for an epic celebration with catered lunch, raffle prizes, and a huge makers’ market at Woodhouse Blending & Brewing.

What Does the National Trails Day Schedule Look Like?

Morning: Get Your Hands Dirty (~9:00 AM - ~1:00 PM)
• Arrive at your chosen project site
• Enjoy coffee and morning snacks
• Meet your Site and Hype Captains who will be your guides for the day
• Enjoy, learn about, care for, and celebrate trails!
• Meet 20-40 other volunteers (depending on your location)
• Receive your free meal, drink, and raffle tickets

Afternoon: Time to Celebrate (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
• Free meal and complimentary beverages from Woodhouse
• Free bike valet and photobooth services
• 30+ vendors and local artists selling handmade goods
• Massive raffle for all participants with prizes from our sponsors
• Live music & much more!

What is National Trails Day?

National Trails Day is an annual nationwide campaign organized by the American Hiking Society. We're proud to join in on the celebration and host a major trail work event with our community!

Hundreds of volunteers join us each year to help care for over 20 different trails throughout the Santa Cruz Mountains. We team up with local non-profits and businesses to make it happen. Expect sunshine, good times, lots of digging, and a massive party to close out the day. Check out some of our favorite photos from last year:
